AUTOMATIC PUNNET / TRAY FILLING MACHINE mod. ACS-115
The machine mod. ACS-115 is composed by a chain conveyor, controlled by a variable speed motor.
The punnet/tray is positioned manually or by an automatic punnet denester, whereas the conveyor is automatically
activated/controlled by the machine.
The machine is equipped with a pre-charge hopper or (optional) with two filling hoppers, which is/are fed directly from
the weighing machine. The machine is adapted for installation of the feeding hopper (s) both on the right and/or on
the left-hand side. This hopper (s) has/have a 3 kg produce capacity. The product is automatically discharged into the
underlying punnet/tray by the opening of two pneumatic flaps.
Suitable to handle 0,5 to 3kg punnets/trays.
Optional:
• Double pneumatic hopper suitable to contemporarily in-feed two punnets (Output: approx. 38 punnets/min.).
